What types of projects do you handle?
Roofing, siding repairs and replacement, rot repairs, deck repairs and replacement, flooring, kitchens and baths, insurance restoration, whole home renovations and additions.
Do you offer free estimates?
For straightforward projects such as roofs, decks, and siding we offer free estimates. For detailed projects where significant time is required to develop plans and specifications for scope of work and materials, we enter pre-construction service agreements with our clients, where we charge a fee based on estimated cost of project. This would be applicable for projects such as kitchens, baths, whole home renovations, and additions.
