Who We Are

In 1994, Company owners Rex and Wendy Patterson started Patterson Homes and Construction in Jacksonville, Florida. They built the operation to be one of the largest home remodeling companies in the southeast, completing almost 100 million dollars in home remodeling. While on vacation in Corolla in, 2013 the Patterson's fell in love with the Outer Banks and ended up not only relocating to Corolla but started a new business as Patterson Homes and Construction.
